All the Icelandic Christmas characters will be on display at Reykjavík Art Museum, both at the Hafnarhús and Kjarvalsstaðir locations, December 2-January 6. In addition, their images will be projected onto building walls throughout the City of Reykjavík. The characters include the Yule-Lads, their mother Grýla, their father Leppalúði, the Christmas cat, and several others.

Guests of the city and residents are invited to take part in the search for the Christmas characters, which involves filling out a form, available at the Reykjavík Art Museum, Reykjavík City Hall and at the Tourist Information Center on Aðalstræti. They can first visit the characters at the museums and then look for them on city walls.
